Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role to supervise crew, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes opening/closing the store, training associates, and driving sales while managing expenses.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring accurate stock handling, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment. The position requires a minimum 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain high customer service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for efficient shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms.
