Five Below is seeking an attentive store leader to manage daily duties, train crew on superior customer service, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences. This role oversees store operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities to open/close the store and support merchandising and loss prevention.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
