Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Working knowledge of store systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets, assists with products and services, and resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Coaches others on customer service best practices to ensure a consistent Walgreens experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, and store signage; supports backroom and stock room readiness.
