• Process returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Communicate tasks to team members when management is not present and report disciplinary issues.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, backroom organization, and shelf replenishment.
