Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to support store operations and customer experience. The role includes opening/closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash, processing refunds, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and uphold Walgreens service standards. Responsibilities also include inventory management, price changes, displays, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Manages cash drops, refunds, and maintains accuracy at the registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with products and services.
• Maintains inventory counts and supports display resets, pricing and backroom stock organization.
• Acts as liaison between management and team members when store management is not present.
