Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a lead/store associate role at our Cedar Land store. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and deliveries, and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for business.

You will assist with returns, pricing, and backroom operations. The ideal candidate has at least one year of leadership or key-holder experience, strong English communication, and knowledge of inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a leadership or key-holder role in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of inventory control and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and door access.
• Process returns, refunds, voids, and cash drops with accuracy.
• Deliver a courteous, distinctive customer experience to shoppers and patients.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backroom operations, and stock organization.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, including pricing signage and displays.
