Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or key-holder retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports pricing and signage.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and backroom processes as needed.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window and comply with regulations.
