Job summary

Walgreens in United States, Tennessee seeks a team member who can open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and refunds, and deliver a distinctive customer experience. You will assist with vendor deliveries, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure proper pricing and signage across the floor and back room.

Additionally, you will support the pharmacy out window as requested and participate in training to uphold Walgreens service standards and policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure readiness for the business day.
• Handle cash, process refunds, and manage cash drops and register errors.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience across all interactions.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and back door access as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and pricing with proper signage and compliance.
• Support pharmacy out window and general upkeep of store cleanliness and appearance.
