Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and prepare required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers as needed.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain store inventory, pricing, signage, and basic housekeeping to support store operations and compliance.
