Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing, displays, and backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, order reviews, and backdoor access as needed.
• Support bookkeeping tasks, cash reports, ledgers, and bill payments as requested.
