Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and system start-ups.
• Handles returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, pricing, inventory counts, and displays.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stockroom organization, and compliance with policies.
• Receives training and shares best practices with team members.
• Acts as liaison between management and team when management not present.
• Reports disciplinary issues to management.
