Responsibilities

• Process POS transactions per policy and procedure.
• Inventory control including receiving, price changes and markdowns.
• Merchandising and signage adherence to company standards.
• Payroll control: scheduling, budget compliance, time and attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports following policies.
• Loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Develop a deep understanding of day-to-day operations.
