Rack Room Shoes is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fort Mill, SC to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff leadership. You will help drive sales, ensure policy adherence, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, merchandising skills, and a proactive approach to loss prevention and staff development. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Provide service training and leadership to staff; maintain service levels.
• Process POS transactions per policy and procedure.
• Inventory control including receiving, price changes and markdowns.
• Merchandising and signage adherence to company standards.
• Payroll control: scheduling, budget compliance, time and attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports following policies.
• Loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Develop a deep understanding of day-to-day operations.
