Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
• Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized sales floor.
• Lead Front End operations, including cashier training and schedule adherence.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, back stock and stockroom organization.
• Enforce Loss Prevention policies and company standards.
