Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep areas clean and merchandised to standard.
• Deliver and supervise company operational processes, including loss prevention and front-end procedures.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and in stock areas.
• Lead by example with strong communication, coaching, and adherence to company policies.
