Job summary

The role requires strong supervisory skills, excellent communication, and the ability to recruit, train, and coach a diverse team, including weekend and evening availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain through program if needed.
• Strong supervisory and coaching skills with accountability.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including customer service, inventory, and merchandising.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop qualified staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Enforce safety protocols and mitigate security risks.
• Schedule shifts and ensure coverage, including nights and weekends.
• Communicate with Store Manager and coordinate cross-functional tasks.
