Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cash handling, banking procedures, and retail operations preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of store employees and volunteers in the absence of Store Manager.
• Assist in managing budgeted sales and expenses to achieve revenue targets.
• Operate cash register, handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Train and supervise staff in retail procedures and customer service.
• Maintain store standards for housekeeping, safety, and security.
• Perform stocking, display, and inventory duties; coordinate merchandise orders.
