• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified candidates to build a diverse, capable team.
• Develop and implement staff training on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to promote professional growth and accountability.
• Disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain high standards of conduct and performance.
• Coordinate store operations to ensure seamless daily activities, including inventory, merchandising, sales floor operations, and customer service.
• Ensure departments collaborate to achieve business goals and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Establish and enforce comprehensive safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor potential security risks and deter internal theft and shoplifting.
• Maintain open communication with the Store Manager regarding operations and performance.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and monitor outcomes.
