Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations. You will oversee front-end cash handling, floor presentation, loss prevention, and staff training to meet organizational goals.

The role involves cross-training in Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising, with responsibilities to drive revenue, manage budgets, and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3–10 team members.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, sales or cost management accountability.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Proficient in the English language; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and leadership of staff.
• Ensure cash handling, banking deposits, and register readings are accurate.
• Manage processing, cashiering, sales floor, and visual merchandising training.
• Greet customers and provide excellent service to shoppers, donors, and staff.
• Supervise and coach employees; ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
