Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Lane & South Coast Counties & Alaska seeks a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, supervise sales staff, manage inventories, reconcile cash, and prepare transaction records. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification or ability to become CPR certified.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with store operations and supervise employees engaged in sales work.
• Oversee inventories, cash reconciliation with receipts, and daily transaction records.
• Supervise store staff and ensure proper processing of donated goods.
• Perform cashier duties as needed and ensure accurate sales reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer/donor complaints.
• Coordinate with production leads, plan work schedules, and train employees.
