Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Supervisor who will ensure top-notch customer service, oversee daily store operations, and support onboarding and training of associates. Responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising, and assisting with stock reception and organization.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule and weekend availability are expected.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance for quality service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty ensuring store operations and safety.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, and maintains security protocols.
• Supports onboarding and training; drives sales and controls expenses.
