Job summary

Five Below seeks a results-driven leader to manage daily store operations and master a fast-paced sales floor. You will supervise associates, train new hires, open/close the store, and ensure accurate cash handling.

The role emphasizes customer service and merchandising excellence in a high-energy retail environment. You should have a High School diploma (College experience preferred) and at least 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains crew on BE S.T. customer service; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
