Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable supervisor to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee crew performance, ensure excellent customer service, and support onboarding and training while maintaining effective merchandising and stock control.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. This hourly position starts at $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage store operations.
• Leadership experience preferred for supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Trains crew on BE.S.T. customer service; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking products on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales by improving merchandising and customer service.
