Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty in the United States to lead crew, deliver WOW customer service, and manage daily store operations. You will oversee merchandising, curb expenses, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. The role requires flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and potential travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal service and train crew on best practices.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open or close store, secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and processes.
• Maintain store upkeep and cleanliness.
