Job summary

Five Below in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an energetic leader to supervise store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will train crew, manage daily activities, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will drive sales, control expenses, and partner with the store leadership team on merchandising and procedures. The position is hourly with starting pay around $12.35 per hour, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and organizes new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and processes.
