Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes supervising crew, opening/closing procedures, training associates, and driving sales while managing expenses.

You will act as Manager on Duty and partner with the leadership team to ensure a smooth, high-energy store environment. The position is hourly with starting pay at $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening or closing procedures, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
