Five Below in the United States is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations, train crew, and deliver a WOW customer experience. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and staff scheduling to drive sales and maintain a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
