Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Crew Leader in Sioux Falls, SD. You will lead front-end operations, coach crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for customers.

You will collaborate with the store manager to recruit, train, and supervise crew members, maintain brand standards, and keep the store clean and ready for customers at all times. The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead the assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Lead front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment works and staff are trained for applicable services.
• Open/close procedures; keep store clean and ready for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members with the store manager.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Maintain stock room and perform general store maintenance.
