Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members deliver WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and rapid checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities, staff performance, and service quality.
• Manages stock receipt, unpacking, and on-floor placement for efficiency.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling cash, door security, alarms, and ops.
• Open/close duties, onboarding and training of associates, and scheduling.
