Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leadership team member to help run daily operations, supervise store associates, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will manage opening/closing routines, assist with merchandising, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and with excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, performance, and customer service.
