Five Below is seeking an engaged Store Manager on Duty or leadership-type role within our Ohio-based team. The position emphasizes supervising crew, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining daily store operations.

You will train associates, manage merchandising, handle opening/closing duties, and seek opportunities to boost sales while controlling expenses. A dynamic, high-energy environment awaits you at Five Below.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people skills and ability to lead a team.
• Experience training staff and delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to manage store operations and cash handling.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and emergencies.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
