Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Trains crew on the customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and guide store operations and staff as needed.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance and knowledge.
