Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to support store processes and a high‑energy selling culture. You will oversee opening/closing, training, and task delegation while upholding company standards focused on safety and compliance.

The role involves lifting and moving merchandise in a warehouse‑format store and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You will work with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, ensure timely execution of tasks, and promote excellent

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High School Diploma/Equivalent.
Background Check will be completed.
Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

Open and close store; manage Front-End processes and housekeeping.
Coordinate with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, traffic, and customer experience while adhering to timekeeping policies and labor standards.
Plan daily/weekly zone workload; assign tasks to meet store, department, and sales goals, and ensure timely completion.
Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience for profitable store operations.
Drive productivity through training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
