Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs as needed.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to bend, climb, and reach; work independently or with a team.
• Strong attention to detail in standards and processes.
• Reliable and trustworthy, promotes teamwork and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and manage Front-End processes with proper housekeeping and security.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and standards.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone workload to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention.
• Drive productivity through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Lead team huddles to communicate and teach processes for the customer experience.
• Participate in freight processes for incoming shipments and transitions.
• Process freight, stock shelves, and maintain neat end caps.
• Perform other duties as needed by business needs.
• Maintain open availability for nights and weekends.
