Job summary

The position requires availability nights and weekends, with a pay range of $15.00–$17.81 per hour. The candidate will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy behavior.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to perform warehouse operations and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with timely execution.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Train, coach, monitor, and appraise team results.
• Leverage daily team huddles to communicate and train.
• Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions.
• Stock shelves, perform down stocking and end cap maintenance, keep store neat.
• Open availability nights and weekends.
