Job summary

Five Below is seeking a friendly Crew Member in Tennessee to wow customers at the register, assist with stocking, merchandising, and daily store operations. You’ll contribute to a fast, fun shopping experience and support the leadership team to keep the store running smoothly.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, lift 25 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Starting hourly wage: $11.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and supports store operations and staff management.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, and ensures daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintains store upkeep including cleaning and stock room organization.
