Job summary

Five Below in Clarksville, TN is seeking an hourly Store Leadership role. You will oversee daily store operations, train associates, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and help wow customers with the Five Below experience.

Requires at least 1 year of managerial experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and some overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and provide friendly checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities, ensuring staff perform well and deliver service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Drive sales and manage merchandising with store leadership.
