• Ensures all crew members wow the customer with personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high-quality customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing responsibilities, cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
