Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact at the register and on the sales floor.
• Train crew on the BE S T customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance; ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep items available.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Perform general store maintenance and uphold cleanliness and safety.
