A high school diploma and at least 1 year of management experience are required, with a focus on communication and teamwork. The role requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and special events as needed, with a dynamic, high-energy work environment that values guest experience

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Lead opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and alarms.
• Train and onboard associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through merchandising and customer service excellence.
• Maintain stock room and ensure a clean, safe store environment.
• Respond to urgent issues as Manager on Duty and escalate as needed.
