Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated retail professional to lead store operations and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest. You will train associates, oversee daily activities, and help stock and merchandise the sales floor.

The role includes opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring customer service excellence. A minimum of 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills are required, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experience
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversees daily activities of store associates
• Assists receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick stocking on floor
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations and staff
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling and security
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance
• Performs store maintenance and coordinates with store leadership on merchandising procedures
