Qualifications

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer‑focused experience) preferred.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast‑paced environment.
• All teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures; other tasks may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operational aspects of their store department.
• Plan and organize with guidance of Assistant Store Manager; delegate by priority.
• Uphold brand, merchandising, and presentation standards; ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Support building and hiring a strong team and train associates on procedures.
• As needed, take on additional tasks to support the team and store.
• Lead by example to deliver great customer experiences and coach teammates.
