Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in leading the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards. The AGM will be involved in all areas of store operations and drive program implementation and community outreach.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, managing POS and inventory tools, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness across the store. A minimum HS diploma and 2 years as a shift lead are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience.
• Use Word, Excel, and POS tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with the GM to deliver quality smoothies and products to the community.
