Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist the General Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver smoothies and healthy products while reviewing KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities for the store and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines by all team members.
• Champion and embody our culture, mission, and core values; maintain store cleanliness and coordinate equipment updates.
