Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail setting.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel; ability to perform POS functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Use operational tools such as P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate to ensure store KPIs are met and address issues with the GM.
• Manage cash activities and ensure food safety compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coordinate equipment upkeep; communicate marketing strategies to the team.
