Five Below in United States (OH) seeks experienced leaders for an hourly Management role focused on customer service excellence and smooth store operations. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, and coordinating with leadership on merchandising. A minimum of 1 year in management and strong communication are required; college experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prep for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
