Qualifications

Responsibilities

• WOW the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staffing, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform maintenance and keep stockroom orderly.
