Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Leader to oversee daily operations and guide store associates to deliver fast, friendly service. You will manage opening and closing duties, cash handling, and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed for customers.

Requirements include a High School diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowers all crew members to WOW the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed effectively.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, with responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash security, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
