Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in the United States. You will supervise crew, train associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while driving sales and managing daily store operations.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, handling cash, overseeing stock, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with at least 1 year in management and a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal, friendly service at the register.
• Oversee daily store activities and guide associates.
• Receive, unpack and stock new items promptly.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms.
• Train and onboard associates on policies and operations.
• Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Maintain stockroom and store cleanliness.
