Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role (hourly) in a dynamic retail environment. You will supervise crew, ensure fast and friendly checkout, and uphold standards for customer service and operations.

The role includes opening/closing duties, training, and driving sales with cost control. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal service and train on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure strong customer service
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organization of new stock
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations
• Open or close the store including cash handling and security
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks
