Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience across operations, training, and daily store management. You will supervise crew members, ensure fast, friendly checkouts, and uphold company standards in merchandising and customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, some college preferred, and at least one year of management experience. You must lead by example, handle openings and closings, and drive sales while controlling

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and training crew on best service practices.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and customer service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close procedures including cash security and alarms.
